Dear Future Client,

Welcome! I’m so glad you’ve arrived. Together we will take the time to explore whatever it is that’s brought you here.

In my role as your counselor, I strive to create a welcoming and supportive space in which you feel comfortable diving into the depths of your experience. I want you to know that this process is yours, and I’m here to accompany you. It’s an honor to hold space for your journey, and I promise to move at whatever pace feels right for you. I work from a holistic perspective using somatic and emotion-focused interventions as well as a foundation of Polyvagal and Attachment Theories. The goal of this approach is to deepen your understanding of your experience and allow trapped emotions to move through you, resulting in an increased sense of capacity and relief from stress, discomfort, and overwhelm. I know life can feel so hard, and I want you to know I am here for you. Together we will support you in healing.

I moved to Bozeman in 2012 for an undergraduate degree in English Education with the intention of being a high school English teacher, and quickly realized I found much more fulfillment from the intimate, one-on-one interactions with students. I took a few years playing in the mountains and working before landing on pursuing a counseling degree as the path that felt right for me. I feel so grateful to have found this profession because it’s provided me with an opportunity to continually support my community. I find myself most drawn to working with women, primarily focused on trauma, relationship stress, life transitions, anxiety, and depression. I believe counseling is a space where we are invited to better know ourselves, and through the process of getting to know ourselves more deeply we are able to live more rewarding and satisfying lives. I look forward to supporting you in moving toward lightness and fulfillment.

Thank you,

Alexandria
