Dear Future Client,

Welcome!

It takes a lot of courage to admit that we need support, and it is my genuine belief that we are all deserving of receiving help—sometimes we just need to be reminded of it. Life doesn’t have to feel confusing or overwhelming and relationships don’t have to feel threatening or suffocating. Whether you are carrying the effects of trauma, navigating a difficult relationship, rebuilding trust or simply looking for a space to process the places where you’ve been, I’d like to meet you there.

I believe that therapy offers a unique opportunity to experience relationships differently. It is a space where the typical expectations we carry into relationships can be gently challenged, where healing and repair become possible, and where new ways of relating to ourselves and others can begin to emerge. My work is rooted in the belief that we are deeply shaped by our relationships, our life experiences, and the stories we carry about ourselves. Trauma, addiction, and relational wounds often develop within the context of disconnection, and healing occurs through safe, authentic relationships that foster new emotional experiences.

I enjoy working with individuals and couples navigating trauma, intimacy and attachment struggles, life transitions, and relational conflict. Together, we will explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, make sense of the ways you learned to survive, and encourage new ways of relating that promote safety, authenticity, resilience, and lasting connection.

A bit about me:

I received by bachelor’s degree from Montana State University and earned my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at the University of Southern Mississippi. I am currently working toward full licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist under the supervision of Lexi Frank Newhall.

When I’m not sitting across from clients, you’ll likely find me scouting the mountains for wildlife, antlers, and—when geographically appropriate—seashells. I enjoy spending time with my pets and am almost always looking for a book recommendation!

All the very best,

Alexandra
